Let's
talk.no bots, no funnels.

We read every message ourselves — not a sales team, not a router. Tell us what you're trying to build, and we'll either pick it up or tell you who should.

03 — After you send

What happens
next.

No black hole. No 12-step funnel. Just the four things we actually do between your email and a shipped first sprint.

// 01· Triage

A real human reads it.

Usually a founder, sometimes a lead engineer. We reply with first-pass questions, push-back if useful, or a referral if we're the wrong fit.

Within ~4h
// 02· Scoping call

Thirty quiet minutes.

Voice or video, your choice. We walk the problem, sketch a 90-day plan on the call, surface the hard parts before they cost you anything.

Within 3 business days
// 03· Proposal

A written proposal.

One PDF: scope, milestones, fixed price, team. No "phase 2 to be discussed." If we can't commit to it, we say so.

We start shipping.

Shared Slack, GitHub, Linear, Loom. First demo end of week one. Weekly written updates from day zero — no status meetings.

For specific questions, write to a specific human. Replies sit in their personal inbox — not a shared queue.

05 — Where we are

Four timezones,
one studio.

We staff every project across at least two zones so handoffs feel like progress, not delay. Pick a row to see who's awake right now.

Follow the sun.

Four hubs, twelve people. Every project gets at least one engineer who overlaps your working hours — written updates fill the rest of the day.

06 — Not the right fit?

Honest answer:
here's who is.

We turn down ~30% of inbound. Usually it's a timing or scope mismatch, sometimes a craft one. Here's where we send the work we can't take.

// Case 01

Marketing site / landing pages.

We don't do brochure work. For high-craft sites, agencies that ship beautifully:

  • Studio Pico → studiopico.com
  • North Field → northfield.studio
  • Editorial.io → editorial.io
// Case 02

Enterprise staff aug.

If you need 8 contractors next month, we're not it. Two networks we trust for senior talent on demand:

  • Lattice Talent → lattice.work
  • Beam Collective → beam.dev
  • Toptal (engineering) → toptal.com
// Case 03

< $4K total budget.

Below our sprint floor we'd burn the budget on calendar overhead. Solo senior folks who do this beautifully:

  • Maya Petrov iOS · maya.dev
  • Jules Tan RN · jules.co
  • Pavel Krása Android · pkrasa.com
