Already have a chat tool?

Keep it. We sit on top.

Your widget stays where it is and your team keeps the inbox they know. The AI answers the repetitive questions from your own docs, and hands anything else straight to a person.

What the customer sees

Hi, where's my order? It's #10482.

It left our warehouse yesterday and is out for delivery today, arriving by 6pm.

Checked live order status

The shoes are the wrong size. Can I send them back?

Yes, you're within the 30-day window. I've opened return ticket #R-2291 and emailed you a prepaid label. The next size up is in stock if you'd like to swap instead.

Your numbers

What is manual support costing you?

Put in your own numbers. We don't see them unless you choose to send them.

Manual support is costing you about

$4,680/ year

60 questions × 5 min × 52 weeks × $18/hr = 260 hours a year

Hours back each week~3 hrsif it answers half your repeat questions
Saved each year$2,340if it answers half your repeat questions

Starter costs $79/mo plus a $497 one-time setup. You’d save about $195/mo of your team’s time, so it pays for itself in about 4 months, then nets about $116/mo.

A deliberately cautious assumption: the bot answers half the questions your team already answers by hand. Yours may be more or less. The free review checks it against your real questions.

Four steps. Stop after any of them.

A fixed setup fee and a flat monthly at every step, never a charge per conversation. If you stop, you keep what you've got.

Our promise

Start with two weeks, not a contract.

  • Flat price, never per answer

A fixed setup fee and a flat monthly. The big chat tools bill for each automated resolution, so the better their bot works, the more you pay. Ours doesn't.

  • 100% credited

Upgrade from Starter to Growth within 60 days and your setup fee counts in full.

  • Yours from day one

The code and the knowledge base are yours. The monthly covers hosting, AI usage and support, not a licence to use your own bot.

  • Our guarantee

    Or you don't pay

If the bot doesn't answer the questions we agreed within two weeks, you don't pay.

Questions we get first.

Straight answers, no sales call. If yours isn't here, ask it in the review form.

We already pay for Tawk.to, LiveChat or Zendesk. Why add this?

Keep them. Your widget and your team's inbox stay exactly as they are, and this sits on top to answer the repetitive questions from your own docs. Anything it can't answer goes to your team with the whole conversation attached. And unlike the AI add-ons those tools sell, you pay a fixed setup fee and a flat monthly, not a fee for every conversation it resolves.

What if the bot doesn't know an answer?

It says so. It only answers when it finds the answer in your content, and it cites where that answer came from. When it can't, it hands the conversation to your team with everything the customer already said, or takes their details so you can follow up. That's how Ansa runs with 0 made-up answers.

Is my data used to train anything else?

No. Your documents are only used to answer your own customers. They aren't used to train our models or anyone else's, and the AI providers we use don't train on data sent through their business APIs. Remove a document and it stops being used straight away.

What happens after we request a review?

Anas Saleem, a senior engineer and not a salesperson, reads it, trains a sample bot on the docs you linked and sends a recorded walkthrough within 48 hours. If a chatbot won't help your support, you'll hear that too.
